Heather Niegos career began in 1998 as a Leasing Consultant in Hampton Roads. Discovering that she had a passion for the multifamily industry she continued the path becoming an Assistant Community Manager where she honed her skills in property management to become a Community Manager in 2010, Senior Community Manager in 2016, and now a Portfolio Manager. Throughout her career, Heather has managed 1200 conventional multifamily units and have been called upon for special projects, acquisitions, dispositions and transitions of multifamily assets. Heather currently oversees communities ranging from Hampton Roads to Elizabeth City. Her Portfolio consists of conventional and tax credit communities totaling 1,216 units.
