HISTORY

We describe The Franklin Johnston Group as the most experienced new multifamily management and development company in America. But in fact, we are one of the largest and most experienced, new or otherwise. We launched our company in 2013 with a portfolio of 24 properties and 3,551 residential units in economically sound and diverse markets. Within the next 24 months, several strategic partners transferred management of their assets to The Franklin Johnston Group - tripling our size. The result is a portfolio with more than 70 communities and over 13,000 units throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast. And we're still growing. TFJG's in-depth experience and nimble structure allowed each addition to the management portfolio to come on board quickly and efficiently, minimizing disruption to residents, and improving financial returns for owners and investors.

Our executives have a decades-long track record of success developing and managing in the multifamily sector, and the principals decided to continue this legacy together. The company maintains its reputation for excellence by focusing exclusively on multifamily where their passion, deep experience and vast resources can be effectively leveraged to create value and deliver results that exceed each owner's unique investment objective's.

The Group has invested heavily in a best-in-class operation platform. Our people, processes, structure, and technology are the finest in the multifamily industry and enable us to drive superior performance as our portfolio of managed and organically developed properties continue to grow. Our yearly rent revenues will exceed $600 Million and we employ more than 350 people at various levels throughout our properties. We started with a strong foundation which allows for us to grow with purpose and highly predictable results. We have the resources to manage for profitability, develop for strong growth, and invest for above market returns. We have the energy of a youthful company and wisdom of an organization decades older.
