Marie Peace, Senior Vice President – Chief Compliance Officer, has been with The Franklin Johnston Group since its inception in 2013 and has over 25 years in the Multifamily industry. She formed the Compliance Department and manages the team that oversees all facets of compliance for all of TFJG’s affordable housing communities with multiple funding layers consisting of tax credit, HUD, HOME, FDIC and bonds. Marie has been a trainer and/or panelist at the Governor’s Conference, MA-AHMA Conference, CAHEC Conference and done multiple webcasts with other professionals in the industry. Her certifications include: HCCP (Housing Credit Certified Professional), C3P (Certified Credit Compliance Professional), NCP (National Compliance Professional) and FHS (Fair Housing Specialist).
