Sandi DuVall recently joined The Franklin Johnston Group (TFJG) as the company’s newest Portfolio Manager. At The Franklin Johnston Group, Sandi is responsible for six assets, totaling 1,150 units, located in Newport News, Virginia and in Raleigh, North Carolina.
A veteran of the industry for the last 23 years, Sandi honed her skills working for several nationwide REITS. Most recently she was a Regional Manager at Harbour Group. She has managed as many as 18 apartment communities simultaneously all throughout the east coast. In each of her roles, she was responsible for maximizing financial, marketing and leasing performance as well as improving and managing resident retention and relations.
Not only is Sandi a top-performing property management professional but she is also a licensed real estate agent in Virginia and an active board member of the Virginia Apartment Association and the Hampton Roads Apartment Council.
