The Franklin Johnston Group Names Director of Marketing

VIRGINIA BEACH, VA – APRIL 8, 2014 – The Franklin Johnston Group has announced the appointment of Caroline Forehand as Director of Marketing. Ms. Forehand is responsible for all marketing efforts for FJG’s multi-family portfolio of luxury, senior, and tax credit apartment communities across Virginia and North Carolina.

Prior to joining The Franklin Johnston Group, Ms. Forehand served as Vice President of one of the largest real estate development companies in the region, where she directed marketing efforts for 125 communities with an average occupancy of over 98%. She managed and promoted over 75 communities in the Southeast as Regional Sales Manager for AIMCO, and has opened over 55 new communities and 39 lease-ups during her career. She is CAM certified and has published articles in Units magazine, The Virginian Pilot, South East Business, and Multifamily Insiders.  She holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and communications from Bowling Green University.
