What is Be the Solution? It is a program designed to make our Team Members feel involved in the success of TFJG and to feel empowered to be creative thinkers and problem solvers, being the solution day in and day out.

There are four cornerstones that support this philosophy, including training, standardization, customer service and people.

We believe that Team Member recognition is a very important part of maintaining a great company culture. We encourage all Team Members to nominate their peers when they are observed supporting this philosophy and being the solution.
