Our executive team has been developing luxury, affordable and senior apartment communities throughout the Southeast for decades, and were among the first in Virginia to begin developing with the Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program of 1986.

Two Hundred West is located in Virginia Beach, Virginia. It is a 264-unit affordable community which leased up in just 3 months. The community offers one, two, and three bedroom apartment homes at an exceptional value. There are a variety of amenities including awe-inspiring two-story clubhouse that embodies a state-of-the-art fitness center, fully-equipped custom kitchen, and resort-style swimming pool.

COASTAL 61 APARTMENTS

Coastal 61 is a luxury community that showcases one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments ranging from 833 to 1,395 square feet. Each apartment features an open floor plan, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, custom crown moldings and trim, spa-inspired bathrooms, over-sized walk-in closets, and private patios and balconies. It also includes a rooftop sky park, a two-story clubhouse, resort-style swimming pool and high-end landscaping. The community is open to the public and is also envisioned as a living space for Virginia Wesleyan University students, faculty, and staff.

BOULEVARD 45 APARTMENTS

Type: Luxury Size: 160 Units Ground Breaking: Spring 2023
The luxury apartment community will offer one, two and three-bedroom homes and feature contemporary architecture, a 3-story clubhouse, two outdoor swimming pools and other luxury amenities. The site is in the heart of Virginia Beach and provides quick access to the interstate and proximity to Virginia Beach Town Center. The new community will be approximately 4.9 acres in size with five, 5-story apartment buildings.
