The South Boulevard project is located at 4545 South Blvd., south of the Pembroke Strategic Growth area. Land for the development was formally the site of a warehouse and a small office building. The new community will be approximately 4.9 acres in size with five, five-story apartment buildings.

The apartment community will offer one, two and three-bedroom homes and feature contemporary architecture, a three-story clubhouse, outdoor swimming pool and other luxury amenities. The site is in the heart of Virginia Beach and provides quick access to the interstate and proximity to Virginia Beach Town Center.

“This project will continue the high standards that we have already set with the previous apartment communities we have brought to this area, and this too will positively influence future growth and development,” said Taylor Franklin, chief operating officer at The Franklin Johnston Group.

The Franklin Johnston group plans to break ground on the South Boulevard project in spring 2021.[/et_pb_text][/et_pb_column][/et_pb_row][/et_pb_section]
