As the co-founder and chief operating officer for The Franklin Johnston Group, a multifamily management and development company, Taylor Franklin has overseen significant growth in seven years: a second corporate office in Northern Virginia to complement headquarters in Virginia Beach; more than 500 employees and 20,000 units on the East Coast; and the distinction of being named one of the top five best places to work nationally for multifamily businesses. He also serves on the Virginia Beach Economic Development Authority and the boards of the Chesapeake Bay Wine Classic, The Virginia Gentlemen and Norfolk Collegiate School.
