Since 2013, The Franklin Johnston Group has made a home for over 19,000 folks. With more than 100 properties in seven states along the East Coast, their multi-family residences and luxury senior housing centers have created stability for people in every stage of life.

By the end of last year, TFJG had opened two new developments in Virginia Beach: The Renaissance and Coastal 61, which are now available for preleasing. And TFJG recently acquired land for a 160-unit luxury apartment community near Mount Trashmore in Virginia Beach slated to break ground next spring.

Growth is happening internally as well, with a second level added to their Virginia Beach home base so their 65 office employees can stretch their legs and grow alongside the company.

Marketing director Laura Kelley has been at the company for over a year, and immediately felt welcomed.
