Virginia Beach, Va. – The Franklin Johnston Group, a leading Virginia Beach multifamily development and property management firm, welcomes Kendra Dickerson as the company’s new Regional Marketing Specialist.
Dickerson will be responsible for the strategic leasing and marketing of The Group’s Northern Virginia portfolio consisting of 3,800+ units. She will work with the Regional Portfolio Managers/VPs and on-site staff to maintain and improve occupancy and rental income at the sites through the implementation of various marketing and sales programs. “A thriving corporate culture is fundamental in cultivating success, and Kendra’s reputation and experience will be instrumental in achieving our goals,” said Chris Beckwith-Taylor, VP of Marketing of The Franklin Johnston Group. “We’re confident her guidance will empower our employees, and as a result, our valued customers.”
Dickerson joins The Franklin Johnston Group from Pinnacle Campus Living, where she was a General Manager of a $224 million asset in the Washington-Metro area. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Middle Tennessee State University.
Dickerson comments “I am elated to be apart of the TFJG family! Not only do I look forward to adding to the company’s culture with my positive and upbeat disposition, but I look forward to growing with the company. The core value that I take with me as I travel to different communities is “Character-Work like no one is watching”. It is good to have experience in any new career path that you take, but your character contributions to be dedicated, committed, and honest will take you anywhere that you want to go. I am excited to engrave success in the pavement of TFJG’s incomparable reputation!”
